80% of small businesses never sell.
We help owners like you actually sell their companies — for top dollar.
Built by owners, for owners.
We’re entrepreneurs who became frustrated when we tried to sell our own companies, we discovered just how broken the system is. So we built the M&A firm we wish we had — helping entrepreneurs like you sell in less time for more money.
Here’s the dirty little secret of the M&A world:
Anyone can call themselves a business broker. No license. No training. No standards. Just a business card and your future in their inexperienced hands.
That’s why 80% of businesses never sell.
Shocking, right? But it doesn’t have to be your story.
You deserve better.
We don’t answer to investors, boards, or stock prices. We answer to you. And because we’re a small, founder-led team, we keep things sharp, focused, and personal—on purpose.
Let’s get what you’ve earned.
Your business is more than a number. It’s years of sacrifice, risk, and resilience. You’ve built something great—now let’s make sure you get what it’s worth.

Frequently asked questions
What types of businesses do you work with?
We focus on U.S.-based main street businesses—the backbone of the economy. These are businesses with 3 to 25+ employees and revenues ranging from $1M to $25M+.
How long does it take to sell?
We aim to get you competitive offers in 90 days. From there, closing typically takes another 30-90 days, depending on financing. After the sale, most sellers stick around for a 1-3 month transition to help the buyer get up to speed. Beyond that? You’ll get paid hourly if you keep assisting after the initial 4-week training period.
How much do you charge?
We work on a success-only fee—we don’t get paid unless you get paid.
Our pricing follows the Double Lehman Scale, a standard in the industry:
• 10% on the first $1M
• 8% on the second $1M
• 6% on the third $1M
• 4% on the fourth $1M
• 2% on everything above $5M
The result? You get expertise and results. We only win when you win.
How much is my business worth?
Your business is valued on EBITDA or Seller’s Discretionary Earnings—fancy words for the cash your business puts in your pocket. Typically, businesses sell for 2-6x that number, depending on the industry, size, and overall health of the business.
How do you vet buyers?
We don’t waste your time. Buyers are vetted for financial strength, credit history, industry experience, and their overall ability to close. After signing a confidentiality agreement, they’ll go through intro calls to get details and ask questions. You’ll only meet qualified, serious buyers ready to make an offer.
Not sure if your business qualifies?
Send it our way. You’ll know if it’s a fit in 24 hours.
